So some of you may be asking: What the heck is Alaska Pride? I thought the event in the summer was Pride Fest?
Well… it is! And the event in the fall is still Pride Conference. But the Pride organizers and Identity have decided to reorganize and revitalize Pride.
Alaska Pride is now an umbrella for both Pride Fest and Pride Conference. What does that mean exactly? It means we are getting bigger and better! Alaska Pride now allows for blogs like this one, which will operate year round. It allows for a continuous stream of information to you… and to those who wish to support Alaska Pride.
The Alaska Pride logo will be unveiled soon, and boy it looks great!
And now for the unveiling of the theme: *Drum roll*
